Welcome to Petra-Elise Couture Doll Fashions---a new place for elegant ensembles fit for Barbie, Silkstone, and Fashion Royalty dolls!

I am new to the fashion doll design world, but have always had a passion for Barbie and her fantastic wardrobe!! I was recently inspired by the work of *tallulahbelle* ---an internet friend who showcases her incredible work on eBay. With her enthusiastic encouragement, I decided to jump in and give it a try. It didn't take long for me to get hooked!!

For the last couple of months, I have been sewing almost non-stop--so many ideas in my head to express in fabric! I decided to sell some of my fashions on eBay--and have been thrilled with the response---such a huge compliment, especially in this economy. I have also started participating in some of the fashion doll forums and boards--and I'd like to thank everyone at "In the Pink" and "Doll Divas" for their warm welcome.

I plan on continuing to list my outfits on eBay, but will occasionally post something here at a set price--so if you're interested in being notified of new eBay listings, or special things posted here, please subscribe to my blog! I hope to post at least once or twice a week--but I do find that when I get involved in creating something, it sometimes consumes me! The up side to that is that when I next post, I'll probably be showing off something new and fantastic!
