Great News!

I have managed to get sufficient funds together to attend this years IFDC in Las Vegas. I'm very excited to be attending, and looking forward to meeting so many of my online friends! I will also have a table in the sales room, so if you're going, look for my fashions there! In the mean time, I've been sewing like crazy, so that I have a nice inventory for the convention---so don't be surprised if it's quiet here!

My New Website!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have decided to create a website for my fashions, so that I can more easily control how the fashions are presented. Of course, I'm doing the website myself, so it's been slow going trying to get it completely finished. Between my recent exclusive outfit on Doll Divas, participating in the fun at In The Pink for Barbie's 50th birthday, and just generally trying to create new fashions it has been a challenge to get everything done.

I expect to have more of the technical stuff completed on the website within the next few weeks--I will be implementing a different program for my newsletter and probably a different shopping cart than the basic Paypal buttons I currently have, so that I can incorporate coupons.

I'm also working on my spring and summer fashions--I have a new "Mix and Match Essentials" collection that I will be building upon. Basically I will offer basic items like skirts and tops in complimentary colors that can be purchased individually or in sets. As I go, I will add new items and color choices to the collection. Look for the first phase of this collection in early April.

Introducing a Garden Party---A new series by PetraElise

Here are the first two dresses in my new Garden Party series. "Pink Roses" is a OOAK dress--only one will be produced--in 100% cotton with delicate pink roses in full bloom. "Sunny Bouquet" is a Limited Edition dress in lovely 100% cotton lawn with bright pink and blue flowers on a sunny yellow ground. Each dress in the series will feature a fitted bodice, inverted pleats, silk ribbon and a lovely floral cotton fabric. They are being offered a la carte, although I will be creating a complimentary accessories set to be offered separately.

SOLD! Wool Cardigan in "Garnet Heather"

"Porcini" is a hand knit Peruvian wool and silk blend cardigan style sweater with an intricate cable peplum and moss stitch bodice. The sleeves are also knit with a single column of the lovely cable design. The front of the sweater has mock buttons with snap closures.

It is shown here with a pair of silk denim 5-pocket blue jeans which are sold separately.
